Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge.

Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50.

Cancellation fee may be used as a credit within 7 days from the original date of appointment.

SPA ETIQUETTE

To make the most memorable experience a reality, we kindly ask that you arrive at spa 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow ample time for check-in and relaxation.
  

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.

RESERATIONS FOR SPA

Treatments are in high demand, we recommend making reservations in advance. In order to reserve your treatment, we require a valid credit card at time of booking.

  
ATTIRE

A robe, slippers, linens and all proper draping during treatments are provided for your comfort.

SPA LUNCH FARES

A customized lunch can be arranged. However, lunch must be reserved at time of booking.
